Currently seeking a **GENERAL PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (both genders)** **WE OFFER:** * **Weekly gross pay of $2,488** * Job stability * **Statutory benefits (15-day Christmas bonus, vacation days, vacation premium, profit-sharing, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT)** * **Additional benefits (Savings Fund, Life Insurance)** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Punctual * Responsible * Minimum age 21 years * Minimum education: Junior high school (CERTIFICATE required) * Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations (ADD, SUBTRACT, DIVIDE, MULTIPLY) * Prior factory work experience (preferred) * Ability to quickly learn how to operate label-cutting machinery. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate the label die-cutting machine. * Mount and adjust dies according to production orders. * Inspect materials and measurements before starting the process. * Configure machine parameters (speed, pressure, cut registration). * Verify that die-cutting matches the label design. * Detect and correct deviations, incorrect cuts, or waste. * Conduct tests before releasing production. * Record production output, time spent, and material loss. * Keep the machine and tools clean and in good working condition. * Report malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor. **WORK SCHEDULES: All production area staff follow "ROLAN TURNOS" (shift rotation every 30 days)** 1st shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 2nd shift: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you meet the requirements, apply via this channel, attaching an updated CV or application form.
