Responsibilities * Supervise daily operations of the machining shop. * Coordinate and assign workloads to operational staff. * Ensure timely and accurate completion of the production schedule. * Verify compliance with quality standards in processes and products. * Supervise proper use of machinery, tools, and equipment. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. * Implement process improvements to optimize time and cost efficiency. * Personnel administration and team leadership. * Management of performance indicators (KPIs). * Knowledge of metallic materials and manufacturing processes. * Proficiency in ERP software and/or production systems (preferred). * Conventional and CNC machining processes. * Interpretation of mechanical drawings and geometric tolerances. * Other related duties. Requirements * Advanced English (mandatory). * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (mandatory). * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Experience supervising machining shops / tool rooms. * Strong communication and coordination skills.
