A prominent construction company dedicated to the design, construction, and operation of boutique hotels and luxury residential towers is seeking a professional with high standards of excellence and technical rigor to join its team as
**Quality and Document Control Manager (Finishes)**
Your mission will be to ensure that each project phase complies with current regulations and the highest quality standards.
**Profile Requirements**
* **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
* **Experience:** Minimum 6 years in field control positions, masonry, and finishes for boutique hotel or vertical construction projects.
* **Documentary control of addenda, deductions, and change orders affecting budget control.**
* **Ensure documentary control of laboratory reports, test results, quality certificates, warranty certificates, and all other applicable documents to compile the quality folder.**
* We especially require focus on quality, processes, and documentation for quality control—such as checklists, release sheets, and lookahead schedules.
* Implementation of methodologies and formats: Lookahead, Weekly Plan, Constraints, and TAKT.
* Proficiency in checklists for quality assurance.
* Management of technical regulations applicable to civil works and masonry.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your role will be fundamental to the project’s success, including:
* **Supervision and Quality:** Conduct regular field inspections to ensure proper execution of civil works, masonry, and finishes, verifying that materials comply with technical standards.
* **Budget Control:** Generate actual cost figures for comparison against budget, and manage addenda, deductions, and change orders.
* **Document Management:** Compile and administer the quality folder (laboratory reports, certificates, and warranties) and maintain documentary control in designated folders.
* **Reporting and Compliance:** Prepare weekly progress and incident reports, formally notifying any deviations for immediate correction.
**We Offer**
* **Monthly Salary:** $28,000 to $30,000 MXN.
* Opportunity to work on projects with high construction standards.
* Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM–2 PM.
