Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: * Knowledge of volume calculations * Knowledge of procedures to optimize material usage * Ability to work in teams and efficiently communicate instructions * Ability to delegate tasks and plan construction activities * Ability to properly manage resources used in each project * Ability to supervise and ensure workers’ good performance * Ability to determine the time required for each project * Ability to resolve issues that may arise during construction ACTIVITIES: * Recording machine and equipment hours * Preparing daily operation logs and reports * Generating weekly photographic activity reports * Coordinating activities according to the daily operational plan * Coordinating operational staff and assigning tasks * Completing internal forms * Ensuring compliance with field safety measures * Supervising infrastructure maintenance (internal roads, access points, platforms) * Conducting routine topographic surveys using total stations Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
