**Sears is seeking a Sales Manager at Plaza Las Américas - Cancún, Quintana Roo** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SEARS CANCUN IS SEEKING: SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Commercial Strategy:** Design, implement, and oversee commercial and promotional strategies aimed at strictly achieving monthly sales targets. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate, train, and motivate the sales team under your supervision to ensure outstanding performance. * **Inventory Management:** Manage merchandise stock levels, supervise stock reports, and maintain efficient business relationships with suppliers. * **Operations and Visual Merchandising:** Coordinate product launches and special events, and ensure department visual displays comply with company standards. * **Customer Service:** Provide personalized, specialized advice and resolve conflicts to guarantee a premium shopping experience. REQUIREMENTS: * **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** as a Manager or Department Head within the **Retail** sector or department stores. * **Preferred Experience:** Prior experience with companies such as Suburbia, Walmart, Liverpool, Coppel, El Palacio de Hierro, Office Depot, Steren, or RadioShack will be positively considered. * **Key Knowledge:** Sales report analysis, point-of-sale terminal (**POS**) operation, team leadership, and commercial knowledge of entertainment-related technologies/white goods. * **Availability:** Full-time availability to work Monday through Sunday (with one scheduled day off per week).
