If you are proactive, possess excellent invoice handling, communication, and customer service skills, this is your opportunity to grow professionally and receive attractive rewards. **Position:** Billing Specialist **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Sundays: Day off **Location: Fuertes de Loreto** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Invoice issuance for vehicles and services**: Generate electronic tax receipts (**CFDI**) for sales of new and used vehicles, as well as for service orders in the workshop or spare parts sales. * **File management and assembly**: Review, validate, and ensure that customer documentation (IDs, proof of payment, contracts) is complete and accurate prior to billing. * **Government agency procedures**: Perform registrations and reports with **REPUVE** (Public Vehicle Registry) for vehicle registration. * **Vehicle release**: Verify that payments have been correctly applied to authorize physical delivery of the vehicle to the customer on the promised date. * **Payment complements and credit notes**: Issue electronic payment receipts once balances are settled, and manage cancellations or corrections when discrepancies arise. * **Cash control and cash counts**: In many dealerships, this position is combined with that of cashier, including receiving direct payments, operating banking terminals, and performing daily cash reconciliations. * **Reconciliation and reporting**: Generate monthly reports on profitability, invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking in coordination with the collections department ✅ **REQUIREMENTS** * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 25 to 40 years old * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * **Technical knowledge**: Proficiency in the current version of electronic invoicing (**CFDI 4\.0**) and basic accounting knowledge. * **Systems**: Experience with **SAT** portals and ERP-type management systems * **Skills**: High attention to detail to avoid errors in serial numbers (VIN) or tax data, and strong customer service ability to resolve customer inquiries regarding their invoices. * Excellent attitude, communication, and professional appearance. **We offer:** * Base salary of $10,753 MXN per month, net, paid weekly * **Weekly payments.** * Job stability and growth opportunities. * **Social Security:** IMSS coverage from day one. * **Full statutory benefits:** Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), paid vacation, and profit-sharing (PTU). * **Career development plan:** Job stability with permanent employment contract.
