We are seeking a Quality Supervisor with an analytical mindset and results-oriented approach, responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications within production processes. Responsibilities: * Supervise compliance with quality parameters and specifications * Validate, release, and correct products according to established standards * Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce errors and waste * Prepare quality reports, metrics, and analyses * Apply root cause analysis tools, including the Ishikawa diagram * Conduct periodic reviews of the production line * Identify findings or detect areas for continuous improvement Requirements: * Prior experience in quality supervision or assurance * Proficiency in continuous improvement tools * Analytical ability, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Focus on achieving objectives and reducing incidents We offer: * Salary of 15000 brutos * Job stability * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers
