Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procurement requests, supplier portfolio, and product distribution, establishing efficient controls and proposing improvements. Key Highlights: 1. We are a religious-oriented publishing company with over 50 years of experience. **We Offer:** Base salary of $13,000 Statutory benefits Free uniforms Company-provided loans. **Responsibilities:** Manage material procurement requests for shipment to bookstores. Process requested procurement orders. Manage the supplier portfolio. Ensure product distribution across various branches or offices according to procurement requests. Establish efficient controls for the procurement process. Propose new procedures and work methods to improve the department. Schedule meetings with suppliers to review products, negotiate prices and payment terms. Communicate with the Warehouse Manager to verify that incoming materials match invoices; enter purchase invoices into the system. Prepare purchase reports for submission to Treasury.
