Job Summary: Supervise safety and hygiene on construction sites, ensuring personnel's physical integrity and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure safety and health on construction sites. 2. Implement preventive and corrective safety measures. 3. Deliver safety training and manage safety documentation. Education: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum Experience: 3 years supervising safety on construction sites. **Knowledge:** * Mexican Official Standards applicable to occupational safety and health (NOM-STPS). * High-risk activities. * Risk analysis and preparation of work permits. * Use and supervision of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Emergency response and first aid. * Preparation of incident reports, logs, and investigations. * Development of risk matrices. **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuously supervise safety and hygiene conditions on site. * Verify compliance with mandatory use of personal protective equipment. * Identify and correct unsafe acts and conditions. * Conduct safety talks and training for personnel. * Perform risk analyses and prepare work permits. * Coordinate preventive and corrective actions to avoid accidents. * Maintain documentary control related to safety. * Respond to inspections and requirements from relevant authorities. **Objective:** Ensure personnel's physical integrity and compliance with applicable safety and health regulations during project execution. **Software and Digital Tools** * Microsoft Office Suite * PDF report generation * Photographic evidence and documentary control Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
