Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong logical reasoning skills to handle payroll and tax calculations, as well as knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and ISR. We value proactivity, attention to detail, and strong logical reasoning MINIMUM EDUCATION: - Accountant, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll calculation, tax calculations derived from payroll, severance and indemnity calculations, IDSE management, SUA payment, state tax, and Fonacot. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: - LFT, IMSS, ISR - Proficiency in Office software SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS: - Proactivity. - Attention to detail. - Strong logical reasoning.
