Trinity Rail is seeking Manufacturing Operations Lead Technician Primary Purpose: Coordinate and execute production programs, ensuring personnel safety, environmental protection, product quality, adherence to procedures and standards, full customer satisfaction, departmental efficiency, and cost reduction through continuous improvement. General Responsibilities: 1\. Coordinate the production required by production plans and orders, assigning necessary resources to complete it within standard time, at required quality, and within established cost—while observing procedures, work instructions, quality plans, and manufacturing designs according to applicable standards for each. 2\. Monitor area SQDCE performance indicators such as safety, quality, on-time delivery, efficiency, and operational costs, as well as compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements. 3\. Investigate accidents and incidents occurring within your area of responsibility, involving relevant personnel. 4\. Ensure achievement of daily targets for: efficiency, direct material waste, and elimination of consumable waste in your area of responsibility.
