Develop and implement necessary measures for NPIs involving serialization. Administer the serialization systems and equipment installed within the company. Key Responsibilities: * Schedule and supervise serialization product orders scheduled for packaging. * Ensure compliance with serialization and aggregation for every finished product pallet. * Train personnel on their roles and responsibilities. * Administer the equipment and systems required for the serialization process. * Ensure release of serialized batches. * Close serialization orders in the serialization system. * Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance the serialization process. * Develop labels and recipes required for NPIs requiring serialization Requirements: Education: Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree (completed) Experience: 1 year of experience handling pharmaceutical serialization and packaging processes, plus Excel proficiency * Knowledge of serialization systems and national/international regulations * Familiarity with administrative tools (Lotus, Excel, BPCs, SAP, Antares, etc.) * Understanding of pharmaceutical serialization and packaging areas, equipment, and processes * Budget, vendor, and equipment administration and management
