If you have experience in security monitoring, incident management, and wish to join a dynamic company committed to data protection, this is the place for you! **Address:** Acceso III, Benito Juárez Industrial Park, Qro. **Schedule:** Shift-based role; weekend availability and flexibility to rotate shifts are required. **Work modality:** On-site **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (student or graduate) * ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED (English assessment will be conducted) * Minimum 1 year of experience with any SIEM tool (Microsoft Sentinel or Microsoft Azure preferred) * Minimum 2 years of experience in a SOC (mandatory) **Mandatory knowledge:** * Proficiency in using and managing SIEM tools (Microsoft Sentinel or Microsoft Azure preferred) * Experience handling security incidents. * Experience with security tools (Firewalls, SIEM, WAF, DBF, IPS, IDS) * Knowledge of the OSI model **Desirable knowledge:** * Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, etc.) * CompTIA Security+ certification * Certified Incident Handler certification * ITIL Foundation or service management certifications * Certified Ethical Hacker certification **Key activities and responsibilities:** * Monitoring of events, alerts, and incidents * Identification and resolution of security incidents * First-level troubleshooting of agents and SIEM * Communication with clients and vendors to resolve issues * Generation of reports related to security incidents * Threat hunting and IOC management * Process documentation. **Benefits:** * Base salary * Quarterly bonus * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training
