Develop, implement, and oversee physical security strategies and policies to protect employees, assets, and facilities of the organization, thereby preserving their integrity through best security practices and risk identification, with an emphasis on innovation and efficiency, via deterrence, delay, detection, and response, ensuring a safe and operational environment through effective management of resources, personnel, and security technologies, contributing to the achievement of the company’s purpose. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (Certification and/or Master’s degree preferred) Must be able to drive a standard vehicle. Certifications in C\-TPAT, BASC, NEEC, ISO28000, ISO31000, ISO22301, PSP, or CPP are preferred. **Responsibilities:** Development of Physical Security Policies and Procedures. Participate in the creation, implementation, and oversight of physical security policies and procedures to prevent and respond to incidents. Develop and conduct periodic security and protection audits. Integrate location-specific risk analysis by identifying threats in the environment and vulnerabilities in physical and technological infrastructure, procedures, processes, and personnel, to issue improvement recommendations through the PIS. Oversee compliance with physical security infrastructure standards. Audit compliance with design, construction, and/or renovation parameters for locations, units, and systems according to risk level, through the site visit plan. Implement risk mitigation plans. Implement prevention, response, and recovery programs for security-related incidents and train internal and/or external personnel on their execution. Oversee the maintenance plan for security infrastructure. Audit the execution and compliance of the preventive maintenance plan for security devices jointly with Maintenance, IT, and Administration departments. Manage security vendors. Administer private security services and resources, validate compliance with contractual service obligations, provide training for security officers, and monitor specific directives. Control and audit validity of courses, trainings, certifications, and personnel requirements for security staff before authorities and the company, regarding physical security and customer service. Ensure contractor follows up on vacancy coverage for physical security personnel. Update and disseminate physical security procedures. Co-develop technical and regulatory specifications and define the scope of intramural security personnel activities across operations through referenced procedures and policies, and establish dissemination and training plans to ensure standardized execution. Implement strategic security plans. Manage reports and indicators on security strategy implementation outcomes, and promote improvement alternatives to sustain internal security functions across various business units. Training, awareness, and prevention program development. Collaborate with internal leaders to develop and deliver employee training programs on security and protection, including emergency response procedures. Collaboration with internal security areas \- crisis management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement crisis management and business continuity plans. Management and collaboration with authorities. Coordinate with external agencies, such as security forces and fire departments, to ensure effective emergency response and incident management.
