Free cafeteria **Security Guard \| Weekly Pay \+ Superior Benefits** Medicinas Rosario is currently seeking a **Morning Security Guard** to join our team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Delivery of orders * Monitoring compliance with internal regulations * Internal and external patrols * Maintenance of logbooks * Reporting operational incidents * Document control * Locker inspections * Receiving merchandise * Closed-circuit television monitoring * Door access control * Visitor management * Vehicle control **REQUIREMENTS** * **Gender:** Unrestricted * **Age:** 25 to 55 years old * **Education:** Completed high school * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in security or related fields * **Commute time:** No longer than 45 minutes * **Knowledge/Skills** in security, multifunctional emergency response teams, or civil protection-related matters **SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Two Saturdays per month, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM **WE OFFER** * Weekly payment \- Banorte **(No payroll week delay)** * IMSS \- 100% contribution * 25-day year-end bonus \- **(Above statutory requirement)** * Statutory vacation and vacation premium * Profit-sharing **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:** * Punctuality bonus: **10%** * Attendance award: **10%** * Monthly food vouchers: **7% \+ $420** * Savings fund: **5%** * Free cafeteria * Personal loans **(up to two months’ salary)** * Transportation assistance – **(For night shift only)** * Medication discounts * Paid training * Complimentary uniform * Productivity incentive **(Starting from the 7th month)** * Opportunity for growth and internal promotions Join Medicinas Rosario and work in a professionally enriching environment.
