Objective: Supervise and coordinate the performance of security personnel across assigned services, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Address customer needs and requirements * Supervise compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines * Supervise activities and patrols conducted by subordinate personnel * Roll call and deployment * Supervise proper implementation of various access controls * Respond to risk situations * Report, address, and follow up on incidents or deviations arising during daily operations * Ensure continuous training of personnel * Participate in various security audits * Supervise the physical condition of patrol vehicles, radios, and other applicable equipment to ensure they remain in optimal working condition **Position Requirements:** * Completed high school education (civil protection or industrial safety training preferred) * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a supervisor of personnel in the private security sector * Valid driver's license * Knowledge of: Federal Law on Private Security, crisis management, basic first aid, and civil protection **We Offer**: Weekly payment, statutory benefits, and an excellent work environment.
