Position Summary: EHS Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety, health, and environmental programs, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate accident investigations and emergency drills EHS Manager Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or related fields Gender: No preference Age: 35\-50 years Intermediate English Extensive experience: 4 to 5 years Knowledge of: Occupational safety and hygiene regulations (STPS and applicable laws) Environmental regulations and waste management Accident and incident investigation Risk analysis Emergency response teams and civil protection IATF Industrial safety in injection molding, painting, and assembly processes Handling of chemicals and hazardous substances (especially paint/solvents) Ergonomics and occupational health Audits and legal compliance Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor safety, health, and environmental programs. Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations in EHS matters. Identify risks and establish preventive and corrective actions. Coordinate investigations of accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions. Ensure employee training on safety and environmental topics. Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment. Monitor safety, health, and environmental performance indicators. Coordinate emergency response teams and drills. Manage waste and ensure environmental compliance. Supervise safe working conditions in production areas, warehouses, and shipping zones. Coordinate internal and external EHS audits. Follow up on safety inspections and implementation of corrective actions. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and HR departments to ensure EHS compliance. Report results, risks, and incidents to senior management or general management.
