Opportunity for career growth from developer to management role. **Job Description** We seek a technically skilled candidate progressing toward leadership, capable of bridging the gap between clients and the development team, and ensuring the correct end-to-end execution of technology projects. **Responsibilities** * Eliciting and analyzing requirements with clients * Translating business needs into technical solutions * Coordinating a development team (working cell) * Monitoring project progress closely * Managing deliverables, timelines, and priorities * Documenting functional and technical specifications (workflows, processes, requirements) * Identifying and resolving team blockers * Managing communication with stakeholders **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Systems, or related field * **2 to 4 years of software development experience** * Experience participating in or leading projects * Knowledge of: * Java (code comprehension / reading level) * Databases (PostgreSQL or SQL) * Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) * Project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project or similar) **Key Skills** * Effective communication with clients and technical teams * Conflict resolution * Decision-making * Organization and follow-up * Stress tolerance * Proactivity and sense of responsibility **Ideal Profile** * You have worked as a developer and wish to advance into management * You have already participated in projects where you coordinated tasks or people * You are interested in evolving into technical leadership roles * You can clearly explain technical topics to clients **Important Notes** * Fixed-term project * 100% on-site work Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00 \- $28,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Software development: 1 year (Required) * IT project management: 1 year (Required) Work Location: On-site employment
