**Job Objective:**
Optimally coordinate, schedule, and sequence the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for assembly and SMT lines involved in manufacturing electronic boards (BDC, CCU, DCU), ensuring compliance with our primary customer’s (Mobis Hyundai) delivery windows—on time and in full (OTIF)—while maximizing plant efficiency and optimizing inventory levels.
**Responsibilities and Functions:**
* **Demand Management (Releases):** Analyze daily customer requirements, forecasts, and firm orders via electronic platforms (EDI / ASN).
* **MPS Development:** Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term Master Production Schedules, considering installed capacity, available labor, and process constraints.
* **Line Sequencing:** Schedule daily production orders to achieve optimal line balancing, minimizing downtime due to model changeovers (setups) in SMT and assembly.
* **Cross-Departmental Coordination:** Maintain close communication with the Materials department to verify availability of critical electronic components before releasing orders, as well as with Production, Quality, and Maintenance.
* **Crisis Management:** Rapidly and strategically adjust production scheduling in response to line stoppages, equipment failures, critical absenteeism, or last-minute customer changes.
* **Support for Quality Systems:** Ensure planning processes comply with internal procedures and actively support customer audits and IATF 16949 certification audits.
