Join our UVM faculty team to share your expertise in planning and management. **Objective of the Undergraduate Faculty Position:** Ensure achievement of learning objectives and development of student competencies within undergraduate programs such as Education, Public Relations, Law, Communication and Digital Media, Fashion Design and Garment Industry, Multimedia Design, among others. **Functions and Responsibilities of the Undergraduate Faculty Member:** * Design dynamic classes that foster meaningful learning * Implement teaching strategies for face-to-face instruction, identifying students’ academic needs and challenges. * Promote active participation by all students * Enhance overall academic quality * Strengthen students’ developmental progress **Requirements to Become an Undergraduate Faculty Member:** A completed bachelor’s degree with official title and professional license is mandatory. (Fields include Education, Public Relations, Law, Communication and Digital Media, Fashion Design and Garment Industry, Multimedia Design, among others.) A master’s degree with official title and professional license is desirable. Minimum three years of teaching experience.
