Designing and implementing strategies for soft skills development. **Job Objective:** Ensure the attraction, selection, and hiring of talent aligned with project requirements, guaranteeing efficient, human-centered, and quality-focused personnel processes. **Profile:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience: Minimum 5 years in recruitment. * Experience in developing projects and profiles for the construction industry. * Knowledge of project management. * Work location: Mexico City and Ixtapaluca. **Experience in:** * Process manuals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Medium- and large-scale construction projects, such as new construction and renovation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Local and regional recruitment processes. * Coordinating personnel selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Managing departmental performance indicators and preparing executive reports. * Planning and coordinating employee onboarding and training programs. * Monitoring compliance with internal policies (Internal Regulations, Dress Code). * Developing job descriptions and supporting tender processes by assisting in documentary integration. * Control of deliverables and safeguarding of administrative and technical documentation requested by the department. * Integration activities and corporate events. * Activities supporting the General Directorate. * Designing and implementing strategies for soft skills development. * Organizational development. **SOFTWARE / PROGRAMS** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 80% verifiable. * Use of Visio for process mapping and organizational chart creation. * Use of Canva for designing graphic materials, communication assets, and presentations. * Use of Google Meet and Google Drive (Mandatory). * Experience with recruitment and selection platforms (job posting, candidate filtering, tracking, and management). **Skills:** * Strong sense of ethics, confidentiality, and responsibility. * Analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities. * Focus on achieving professional and business objectives. * Excellent verbal communication and assertive communication skills. **We Offer** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities within a high-level professional environment. * Direct employment with the company.
