




Position Summary: Leads the technical and operational execution of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring excellence and high service standards in solar panel installations. A key liaison between design, installation, and management. Lead the technical and operational execution of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, acting as a key liaison between the design department, the installation team, and management. Ensure technical and human excellence in every solar panel installation, leading with integrity and maintaining the highest customer service standards that distinguish our brand. Key responsibilities include: * Efficiently reassign personnel while maintaining constant communication with management. * Promote order, proactivity, and teamwork. * Support the engineering department during unforeseen operational situations. * Manage procedures with UVIE and UI, as well as supervision and client follow-up visits. * Validate battery (BESS) backup configurations and hybrid systems. * Manage procurement and logistics of special or non-conventional materials. * Conduct site control visits and verify daily installation progress. * Address client inquiries and follow up on details. * Supervise the return of surplus materials. * Perform weekly inventories of equipment and materials. Requirements: * Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in the sector. * Experience supervising medium-voltage projects. * Willingness to travel within the peninsula and nationwide. * Valid driver’s license and experience driving pickup trucks. * EC0586\.01 certification (preferred). * Preference for residence in Mérida, Yucatán, or willingness to relocate.
