If you’re an expert storyteller through video (*Content Creator*), understand real-time trends, and know how to build robust communities (*Community Manager*), we want to meet you! **What will you do in this role?** Your primary objective will be to manage the digital presence of brands represented by LAUNCH Virtual Solutions, producing high-impact graphic and audiovisual content while adapting aesthetics and tone to each project’s specific needs to drive growth and conversion. --- **Key Responsibilities of the Community Manager and Content Creator** * **Community Management and Moderation:** Actively manage multiple accounts, lead audience interaction, and swiftly and effectively channel critical inquiries. * **Audiovisual Content Creation:** Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), write creative scripts, and confidently present on camera to humanize each brand. * **Brand Strategy and Adaptation:** Ensure adherence to content calendars and adapt each client’s voice tone to guarantee consistent, professional communication. * **Real-Time Marketing:** Monitor digital trends and rapidly execute viral content opportunities while maintaining brand quality and reputation. * **Performance Analytics:** Track key KPIs and generate reports with actionable *insights* to optimize strategies and achieve business goals. --- **Ideal Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related fields. * **Experience:** 2 years in *Community Manager* and *Content Creator* roles. * Practical experience in content calendar tracking, social media content production, and on-camera work. * High **responsibility** and **commitment**. * Organizational skills and deadline adherence. * **Creativity** applied toward objectives. * Excellent written **communication**. * Video editing and graphic design. * Practical knowledge of digital trends. * Own equipment for performing job functions. --- **Offer Details** * Monthly pay: $963 USD (Fixed Rate) * Employment type: Contractor * Location: 100% remote * Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday) * Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time \- CST). **\*Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * Include a link to your portfolio where we can view specific examples of your work (applications without this will not be processed). * How comfortable are you recording content where you are the main subject?
