Multidisciplinary leadership and teamwork. **GENERAL PHYSICIAN** A short-stay clinic is seeking talent such as a General Physician. POSITION OBJECTIVE: To provide medical care with a humanized, high-quality, timely, and efficient approach, centered on the patient. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Medical Doctor and Surgeon-Obstetrician. * Training/Certification: General Physician. * Work Experience: One year of experience managing hospitalized patients. * Technical Knowledge: Clinical practice guidelines, health regulations. * Systems (Software): Microsoft Office suite, ERP systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Comprehensive clinical evaluation of admitted patients, updating progress notes, and adjusting treatment plans. · Monitoring of analgesia protocols, parenteral hydration, antithrombotic prophylaxis, and wound/drainage care. · First response to floor-based complications (adverse reactions, hemodynamic decompensation) and activation of emergency codes. · Prescribing medications to patients as required, providing thorough administration instructions, documenting prescriptions, and monitoring for possible adverse reactions. · Preparing medical discharge summaries, clinical summaries, and laboratory/imaging test requests.
