Job Summary: A field support representative who proactively engages with end users to manage both preventive and corrective issue resolution across various applications and systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide user support and configure equipment. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues in hardware and software. 3. Use proactive monitoring tools to prevent problems. **Job Description:** **ABOUT THIS ROLE:** As a field support representative, you will work and interact proactively with end users at client sites, manage preventive and corrective issue resolution for applications and/or systems, networking, industrial server standard network and application issues, specialized cluster environments, printing systems, mobile devices, handhelds, and laptops—providing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for hardware, software, and networks. **WHAT YOU’LL DO:** * Provide user support. * Configure and administer equipment. * Resolve and track tickets. * Demonstrate active communication skills and teamwork to resolve any customer incidents/requests. * Deliver software services, post\-sales support, or service delivery and application solutions for both standard and specialized systems. * Resolve technical issues on assigned hardware and software platforms. * Apply proactive monitoring procedures/tools to identify opportunities for problem prevention. **WHO YOU ARE:** * Technical diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field. * 2 years of experience working in the technology industry. * 2 years of experience providing support for computers, mobile phones, printers, handheld devices, barcode scanners, etc. * Advanced knowledge of operating systems and software. * Basic networking knowledge. * Android O/S. **WORK ENVIRONMENT** * **On-site at client offices in Tlalnepantla** At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
