As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Bilingual SEO Specialist Analyst. **About Your Role:** Lead the organic strategy through technical optimization, editorial content management, and in-depth data analysis in GA4 to improve domain ranking and authority. * **Technical Expertise:** You will execute and oversee optimization of titles, meta tags, H1s, internal linking, and sitemap architecture. * **Site Health:** You will be responsible for monitoring 4XX errors, redirects, and performance (Core Web Vitals). * **Content Strategy:** You will coordinate the creation and editing of SEO articles, ensuring each editorial piece establishes authority within its niche. * **Advanced Analytics:** You will use GA4 to break down user behavior and track post-publication issues. **Our Offer** We believe people and their happiness are our greatest asset; therefore, you will find professional training, certifications, job stability, and an excellent work environment. Our offer includes: * **Compensation:** $35,000 to $45,000 MXN net per month, service contract basis. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * **Work Location:** Hybrid (Wednesdays and Thursdays at our offices in Col. Granada, Plaza Carso) **What You Need to Know** * Minimum 3–4 years of experience as: SEO Analyst, SEO Specialist, or SEO Tech Lead. * Fluent conversational English. * 2–3 years of advanced experience with Google Search Console (identifying 4XX errors, validating sitemaps, and monitoring indexing), SEMrush/Ahrefs (keyword analysis and profile tracking), and Screaming Frog (technical audits). * 2–3 years of data analysis using Google Analytics 4 (GA4\): Ability to configure events and extract actionable insights (not merely reporting traffic).
