Your responsibilities will include: * Answering customer phone calls requesting service appointments. * Responding to WhatsApp messages to review service appointments. * Scheduling service appointments via the system. * Ensuring service appointments are successfully completed. * Following up with advisors regarding appointments. * And other duties.
