Job Summary: Lead the tactical Sourcing team for supplier onboarding, requisition and purchase order (PO) generation, invoice reconciliation, and on-site support. Key Highlights: 1. Visit us at www.acuityinc.com. **Job Summary** ----------------------- Lead the tactical Sourcing team for supplier onboarding, requisition and purchase order (PO) generation, invoice reconciliation, and on-site support for POMs as needed. **Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)** ----------------------------------------------------------- * Invoice management (discrepancies, blocks, and resolutions) * On-site support upon request * Physical inventory * Annual policy RFPs (RFQs) (supplier research, evaluation, and meetings) * RFQs (creation of bidding events in the RFx tool) * Daily support (escalations, shortages, and PO requests) * Emails (timely responses to stakeholders) * Meetings (as scheduled) * Cost-saving projects (idea generation, pipeline tracking, execution) * Reporting (KPIs, project status, etc.) * Contract review and administration (signatures, scanning, archiving) * Internal audit (requested by Trade Compliance) * Supplier onboarding; supplier maintenance (changes, portals, trainings, ad hoc requests) * REPSE platform training and maintenance * Fieldglass (training and maintenance) * Project Card updates; reporting (KPIs, project status, etc.) * RCCM and follow-up **Experience (Minimum Required Experience)** ---------------------------------------------- * More than 3 years of procurement and materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment (indirect spend) * Experience with MRP/ERP systems * Fluent English * Completed bachelor’s degree * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation * Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Solid IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools **Travel Requirements** ----------------------- 0\-10% We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
