Join our rapidly expanding team Big Bola Casinos is seeking a new member for its Audit team. ### **What do you need to get on board?** * **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar positions (we want to see what you're capable of!). * **Your tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. * **Your strengths:** Knowledge of audit implementation, process evaluation, and follow-up on findings. * **Soft Skills:** Proactive mindset, unwavering honesty, and, most importantly, **full availability to travel and visit our various locations!** ### **Your main responsibilities:** * **Validation and Control:** You will review and validate significant payments, monitor budgets, and reconcile daily closing reports directly within the system. * **Operational Follow-up:** You will be responsible for managing administrative records, logging shortages, and tracking deposit slips. * **Field Audits and Inventories:** You will conduct physical inventories in Food & Beverage areas, warehouses, and kitchens, ensuring proper handling and monitoring of product expiration dates. * **Floor Audits and Monthly Closings:** You will perform cash counts, review promotions/complimentary items, and prepare audit reports along with their compliance matrices.
