This role supports the completion of monthly closings, internal operations tracking, and improvement of the department’s administrative efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Verify that billing, collections, procurement, inventory, sales, and profitability data are reliable, consistent, and delivered on time and as required. * Monitor compliance with month-end closings and proper integration of data for internal reporting. * Support national procurement and import processes, including purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice review, and order follow-up. * Coordinate with suppliers regarding procurement status, shipments, and equipment receipt. * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts with clients, suppliers, and contractors. * Ensure contracts and related documents are complete and up-to-date for reviews or audits. * Review Salesforce CRM data for commission and bonus calculations per internal policy. * Reconcile billing, profit margins, and commercial results for bonus and commission calculations. * Monitor project-related items, costs, and expenses. * Analyze project profitability to maintain agreed-upon margins. * Provide support in operations, procurement, and administration as needed to cover vacations or departmental requirements. **Position Profile** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field. **Experience:** 2–3 years in similar roles. **English Proficiency:** 80%. **Technical Knowledge** * Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python. * ERP or similar system experience. * Basic accounting knowledge. * CRM usage experience. * Information analysis. **Schedule and Work Modality** * Schedule: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. * Modality: On-site. **Benefits and Perks** * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium). * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Birthday leave day. * Bereavement support for immediate family members. * Life insurance. * Savings account via Minu. * Telemedicine consultations with doctors and specialists for you and your family. * Discounts on medical consultations and partner establishments. * Accident-related medical expense reimbursement up to $10,000 per incident. * Free ambulance service (once per year). * Free dental cleaning (once per year). * Free basic health check-up (one per year). * Professional development and growth opportunities.
