Validation Chemist

Description

**Position Objective:** Perform activities related to qualifications and validations established in the Validation Master Plan (VMP), following the criteria set forth in NOM-059-SSA1 and current FEUM regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Work according to approved procedures and documents. * Monitor the VMP to carry out qualification and validation activities for areas, equipment, and critical systems, supporting process validation and thereby ensuring product quality assurance for items manufactured by the company. * Track activities outlined in the VMP and engage responsible personnel to ensure proper execution. * Develop and execute validation protocols and reports in which the incumbent participates directly. * Perform qualification of critical systems included in the annual program through issuance, execution, and reporting of design, installation, operational, and performance qualification protocols. * Safeguard and secure all issued documentation, both electronically and in printed form. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices * Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices * Knowledge of NOM-059-SSA1-2015 * Technical English translation and interpretation * Proficiency in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet * Strong verbal and written communication skills **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree graduate in Chemistry or Pharmacy. **Work Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. **Location:** * La Fama, Santa Catarina, N.L. **We Offer:** * Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM * Weekly payroll * Monthly food vouchers * Subsidized cafeteria * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Profit sharing (utilidades) * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * INFONAVIT (National Workers' Housing Fund Institute) * Continuous training * Permanent employment from the first day of work * Private medical services * Bereavement assistance * No-cost corporate events Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
