Bilingual SMT Engineer - Second Shift

**RESPONSIBILITIES:** ***Daily Production Processes*** * Assist, as needed, with process-related matters across all production areas to achieve the highest possible quality, efficiency, and repeatability. * Maintain, repair, and prevent issues related to the plant's test equipment. * Develop work instructions, operating procedures, and test machine instructions. * Oversee overall quality, efficiency, and robustness of test processes and recommend necessary corrections to department managers and the Operations Director. * Implement Lean Manufacturing principles in production areas. * Support continuous improvement of Aegis/FLx utilization (route application, defect notification/rework, production tracking, enhancement of work instructions). ***Special Projects*** * Initiate new production processes upon management request and integrate them into daily production. * Perform first-article inspections for factory processes, documenting issues for customer interaction and process improvements. * Serve as EDS coordinator to oversee the program and advise on control-related matters. * Conduct process verifications for critical production processes. ***Quality Projects*** * Support the Quality Department in developing and maintaining templates for FMEA/PPAPs/Control Plans/etc. * Support Quality as requested on process issues requiring corrective actions; CAR, SCAR, 8D, etc. * Assist in implementing future quality processes or standards. * Monitor and review performance and defect data, conduct root-cause analysis down to design, materials, or process, and develop short-/long-term solutions. * Collaborate with warehouse and production to maintain material traceability. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * 5 years of experience in electronic product manufacturing. * 5 years of experience in PCBA and harnesses. * Experience in project development. * Experience in maintenance of test equipment. * Motivated personality with attention to detail. * Advanced English proficiency.
