Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage claims, prospect suppliers, monitor inventories, resolve conflicts, and conduct audits and training. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree. * Must live near the station. * Flexible availability for working hours. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Willingness to travel across the city. * Personal vehicle. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitoring of created claims * Supplier prospecting and contracting * Monitoring of closed claims * Monitoring of drivers with the highest violation rates * Monitoring of response time * Resolution and follow-up of CSP/DSP CS claims * Clarification of penalties and returns * Monitoring of non-moving inventory * Monitoring of losses * Notification of collections * Resolution of supplier conflicts * Coverage of advisory support to team leaders * Virtual training for suppliers or team leaders * Supplier audit visits * In-person training visits for suppliers and drivers * Improvement visits for suppliers and hubs * Development of supporting materials for process training * Fraud investigations SKILLS: * Management and planning. * Problem-solving ability. * Organization. * Accountability. * Proactivity WE OFFER: * Competitive monthly salary * $2,300 monthly food vouchers. * Statutory benefits. * Medical expense insurance. * Apply through this channel and share your CV
