Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for a Mobil gas station with experience in personnel management, cash handling, and customer service, responsible for supervising operations and ensuring safety. We Offer: Weekly salary: $2,750 – $3,000 net per week Monthly sales bonus (variable, based on targets) Free uniforms (shirt, trousers, shoes) 6 vacation days advanced upon completion of 6 months Benefits: Mandatory by law Option for indefinite-term contract Education: Completed or incomplete high school Workplace: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Rotating schedule Operational Responsibilities: * Opening and/or closing the shift (inspection of pumps and service area). * Supervising proper operation of fuel attendants during the shift. * Verifying functionality of pumps, payment terminals, and equipment. * Monitoring fuel supply and checking tank inventory levels. * Reviewing product intake and output logs. Administrative Responsibilities: * Performing cash register closings and cash counts. * Recording sales to ensure income reconciliation. Supervisory Responsibilities: * Assigning duties to shift staff (fueling, cleaning, store support, etc.). * Ensuring staff wear full uniforms and required safety equipment. * Addressing and resolving customer complaints or inquiries. Security Responsibilities: * Supervising compliance with station safety measures. * Responding to incidents (spills, emergencies, pump failures). * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the fueling area and store. * Reporting technical or safety anomalies to the manager.
