Manages staff, sales, and customer service. **We are seeking Shift Supervisors for Mobil Gas Stations** San Nicolás Area, Nuevo León Requirements: Sales drive, personnel management, flexible availability Required Knowledge: Personnel management, cash handling, customer service. We Offer: Weekly salary: $2,750–$3,000 (net) Monthly performance-based sales bonus Free uniforms (shirt, trousers, shoes) 6 vacation days advanced upon completion of 6 months Benefits: Mandatory benefits per Mexican law Option for indefinite-term contract Education: High school diploma (in progress or completed) Work location: On-site employment Position type: Full-time Rotating shift schedule Operational Responsibilities: * Opening and/or closing shifts (inspection of fuel pumps and service area). * Supervising proper operation of fuel dispensers during the shift. * Verifying functionality of fuel pumps, payment terminals, and equipment. * Monitoring fuel supply and verifying tank inventory levels. * Reviewing product inbound and outbound logs. Administrative Responsibilities: * Performing cash reconciliations and physical cash counts. * Recording sales to ensure income reconciliation. Supervisory Responsibilities: * Assigning duties to shift staff (fueling, cleaning, store support, etc.). * Ensuring staff wear full uniforms and required safety equipment. * Addressing and resolving customer complaints or inquiries. Safety Responsibilities: * Supervising compliance with safety protocols at the station. * Responding to incidents (spills, emergencies, pump failures). * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the fueling and store areas. * Reporting technical or safety anomalies to the manager.
