Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for Mobil gas stations, responsible for operational, administrative, and personnel supervision duties, as well as security oversight. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages gas station operations and supervises shift personnel. 2. Ensures cash control, security, and customer service. 3. We Offer: Weekly salary: $2750 \- $3000 (net) Monthly performance-based sales bonus Free uniforms (shirt, pants, shoes) 6 advance vacation days upon completion of 6 months Benefits: Mandatory by law Option for indefinite-term contract Education: Completed or incomplete high school Work Location: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Rotating schedule Operational Activities * Shift opening and/or closing (inspection of pumps and service area). * Supervise proper operation of dispensers during the shift. * Verify functionality of pumps, payment terminals, and equipment. * Monitor fuel supply and verify tank inventory levels. * Review product inbound/outbound logs. Administrative Activities * Perform cash register closings and physical cash counts. * Record sales to ensure revenue reconciliation. Supervisory Activities * Assign tasks to shift staff (fueling, cleaning, store support, etc.). * Ensure staff wear complete uniforms and safety equipment. * Address and resolve customer complaints or inquiries. Security Activities * Supervise compliance with station safety measures. * Respond to incidents (spills, emergencies, pump failures). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the fueling and store areas. * Report technical or safety anomalies to the manager.
