Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customs Agent and Customs Broker with expertise in customs documentation and regulations, who is responsible and proactive in problem resolution. Ability to resolve field-related problems Del Bravo, a logistics and customs services company, is looking for: **Customs Agent and Customs Broker** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school or technical degree (preferably in International Trade or related field). * Minimum experience: 1–2 years in a similar position. * Knowledge of customs documentation (customs entries, manifests, waybills, etc.). * Basic knowledge of the Customs Law. * Proficiency in SAT portals, VUCEM, and customs brokerage systems. * Valid driver's license (if required). * Willingness to travel to customs offices, fiscal warehouses, or storage facilities. Required Competencies: * Strong sense of responsibility and compliance. * Document organization and control. * Ability to resolve field-related problems. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
