Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to record payroll incidents, validate information, assist in preparing and reviewing payrolls, and generate reports. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Record payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, overtime, disabilities, etc.). Validate and update employee information in the payroll system. Assist in preparing and reviewing weekly, biweekly, or monthly payrolls. Verify calculations of earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings. Prepare payroll reports, settlement statements, and liquidation documents. Assist in delivering payroll receipts and fiscal receipts (CFDI). Control and archive documentation related to payroll and personnel movements. Collaborate with the accounting department on reconciliation of accounts related to salaries and benefits. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. Basic knowledge of IDSE and SUA · Requirements: Previous experience in payroll analysis. Knowledge of human resources management systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Technical degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. 2 years of experience.
