Job Summary: We are seeking Delivery Drivers to join our team in Mexico, performing timely deliveries and maintaining communication en route. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure timely delivery of goods along the established route. 2. Perform daily vehicle inspection and maintenance. 3. Complete operations on the mobile application and maintain constant communication. !We have arrived in Mexico and we are looking for you! Who are we? We are experiencing rapid growth, which is why we are seeking our next: **Delivery Driver** We offer: * **Base salary: $9500** * **KPI bonus: $7,000.00** * **Night shift bonus** * **Food vouchers: $2300** * **Statutory benefits** What will you be doing? 1. Depart punctually according to the dispatch schedule, follow the established route, and ensure timely delivery of goods; 2. Perform daily vehicle inspection and maintenance, including pre-departure checks to ensure proper operation; 3. Complete required operations on the designated mobile application and maintain communication with dispatch, HUB, and CDC; 4. Comply with traffic regulations in Mexico and promptly report any delays, accidents, or road closures (e.g., CAPUFE conditions). What do you need to join our team? Minimum 1 year of experience as a Delivery Driver, preferably in logistics; availability for **NIGHT SHIFT**, completed secondary education, and a valid **FEDERAL LICENSE**. Must hold a valid driver’s license (Class A or Federal). 2. Experience in logistics transportation or trunk routes (1–3 years or more), and familiarity with major transportation routes and highways (e.g., CAPUFE network); 3. Proficiency in operating the corresponding vehicle type (e.g., 3.5-ton, 8-ton, tractor-trailer, etc.) and ability to use a smartphone for system operations (APP scanning, check-in, etc.); 4. Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and identification of simple faults; 5. Availability to work night shifts, from 22:00 to 06:00.
