We are currently seeking new talent for our company and are recruiting Warehouse Assistants. **General Objective:** Manage warehouse logistics for receiving and scheduling deliveries. Supervise personnel under your responsibility to achieve company goals, as well as understand, apply, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures. **Finished Product Warehouse (PT):** Manage warehouse logistics for delivery scheduling, local and national shipments, and inventory control; train staff (delivery notes, shipping labels, inventory records, reports, AXYTY application). **Responsibilities:** **1\.\-** Ensure accurate inventory of products and supplies. **2\.\-** Manage shipping logistics for local and international customers. **3\.\-** Coordinate product collection from production and delivery of magistral prescriptions. **4\.\-** Maintain orderly, clean storage with proper material arrangement and appropriate segregation of non-conforming materials. **5\.\-** Correctly pack orders and prepare shipping labels (DHL) for domestic and international shipments. **6\.\-** Train staff on updates to the AXYTY application. **7\.\-** Coordinate rotating daily and weekly tasks among staff members. **8\.\-** Ensure procedures across all departments are executed according to established protocols to prevent incidents.
