Through teamwork and your ideas, we can continue being the trusted partner we need to be today and in the future.**Scope** --------- Global (Multiple countries and regions)**Position Type** ------------------ **Job Description** -------------------------- Objective: * Coordinate the central tooling technical team during mold and die development and design, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and timelines established by our customers, as well as adherence to Grupo BOCAR’s manufacturing standards, requirements, and productivity goals. Responsibilities: * Coordinate mold and die design and development for new Grupo Bocar projects. * Ensure that central tooling designs meet product technical requirements and BOCAR manufacturing standards. * Coordinate planning of central tooling team activities to balance workload and ensure effective launches within established timelines. * Plan virtual tooling development for new projects within established timelines. * Plan tooling launch for new projects with manufacturers within established timelines. * Ensure that central tooling conceptualization aligns with Grupo BOCAR’s efficiency and productivity objectives and requirements. * Monitor tooling development progress for timely identification of risks related to non-compliance. * Ensure scheduled technical reviews conducted by the central tooling team with the multidisciplinary technical team occur within established timelines. * Track and schedule delivery of technical documentation (3D, 2D, Certificates, Check\-list, etc.) to the final destination plant for the tooling. * Actively participate in and contribute to updating Grupo BOCAR’s established technical specification document for tooling manufacturing. **Education / Certifications** --------------------------------- **Required Language** -------------------- Advanced English**Experience (Number of years)** -------------------------------- More than 4 years**Competencies** ---------------- **Pre-Screening Questions** ----------------------------- **FO.PO.RH.CN.001\.01** -----------------------
