HR Leader
**JOB OBJECTIVE**
To strategically lead human capital management, aligning HR processes with the organization’s business objectives; ensuring labor law compliance; consolidating an ethical, high-performance culture; and driving organizational development—by combining strategic vision with operational capability to ensure accurate payroll execution, talent acquisition, labor relations, training, and personnel development, working cross-functionally to enable optimal decision-making while prioritizing both employee and company well-being.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Payroll:** Preparation of preliminary payroll, validation of payroll incidents, and guaranteeing disbursement. Calculation of bonuses and/or commissions, overtime, holidays and rest days, severance and indemnity payments. Processing FONACOT applications; ensuring timely SUA and INFONAVIT (employer contributions) payments; reconciling IMSS active accounts against payment records. Employee support: resolving payroll-related inquiries and clarifications, issuing employer letters and FONACOT letters, weekly distribution of payroll receipts, and handling general requests.
**Recruitment:** Development of job profiles (HR and direct supervisor), talent sourcing, interviews, screening, and onboarding. Creation and administration of physical and digital personnel files.
**Labor Relations:** Timely monitoring of operational and labor discipline jointly with the direct supervisor (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, labor ethics), contractual non-compliance, RIT (Internal Labor Regulations), administrative minutes, and suspensions. Documenting agreements, meeting minutes, and work plans. Managing terminations—including contract rescission and/or indemnities—and reviewing and tracking cases with legal counsel.
**OD & Culture:** Organizational events, mission, vision, values, and team-building activities (culture dissemination).
**Training:** Conducting Training Needs Assessment (TNA), developing the annual training plan, maintaining documentary evidence, and ensuring regulatory follow-up.
**Safety and Health:** Monitoring disabilities (general, commuting-related, work-related, IPP), handling and completing ST7 forms, occupational risk assessments, and NOM-035 compliance. Ensuring provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), uniforms, and jointly implementing, with Operations Management, dignified and safe working conditions.
**Administration:** Processing annual land-use permits, ecology permits, and other government filings applicable to the company’s business scope; ensuring factory utility payments; jointly managing the factory with Production Management to maintain cleanliness and safety; vehicle fleet administration.
