**MISSION:** Ensure precise and safe trench excavation and material handling, maintaining optimal operating conditions of assigned machinery to meet project deadlines. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Monthly Net Salary: $16,000 MXN. * Productivity Bonus: Additional $3,000–$4,000 MXN net (based on meters excavated). * Timely Biweekly Payments (on the 15th and last day of each month). * Statutory Benefits from Day One: IMSS, Infonavit, Vacation Days, Year-End Bonus (Aguinaldo), and Vacation Premium (Prima Vacacional). * Direct Employment Contract and Additional Contributions to Your AFORE Retirement Account. * Out-of-Town Projects: Daily Food Allowance of $200 MXN net (approximately $4,800 extra per month). * Accommodation: Free, fully equipped campsite with transportation included. **WHAT WE SEEK:** * 2–3 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment (e.g., backhoe loader, disc trencher). * Ability to perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment. * Full availability for extended travel across the Mexican Republic. * In-depth knowledge of safe operating procedures and emergency protocols. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Expert operation of disc trencher for telecommunications infrastructure installation. * Responsibility for unit management and safe movement of materials, machinery, tools, and personnel onsite. * Identification of equipment malfunctions, technical cleaning of machinery, and reporting of major maintenance needs. * Strict adherence to operational rules and incident response protocols. * Knowledge of construction material handling and cargo protection. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM). **Out-of-Town Availability:** Flexible schedule according to project requirements. **Meeting Point:** Tlalnepantla Centro, State of Mexico *APPLY NOW!
