Available positions – Kitchen Department We are looking for **committed and responsible staff** to join our kitchen team in the following areas: * **Hot section** * **Cold section** * **Desserts** * **Dishwashing** General requirements: * Prior kitchen experience (preferred but not mandatory depending on the area) * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team * Punctuality and responsibility * Flexible availability of working hours * Good hygiene and cleaning practices * Ability to work under pressure Responsibilities (by area): * **Hot section:** preparation and plating of dishes, time and portion control. * **Cold section:** preparation of appetizers, salads, side dishes, and support in mise en place. * **Desserts:** dessert preparation, recipe control, and presentation. * **Dishwashing:** washing and organizing utensils, cleaning the area, and general kitchen support.
