Title: **Safety and Hygiene Coordinator** A leading company in the construction sector is seeking a Safety and Hygiene Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of occupational safety and health laws and regulations, as well as the ability to conduct workplace risk assessments. Responsibilities: 1\. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations and standards. 2\. Develop, implement, and maintain occupational safety and health management systems. 3\. Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to mitigate identified risks. 4\. Train employees on safety and hygiene topics. 5\. Investigate and document all incidents related to safety and hygiene. 6\. Collaborate with leadership teams to integrate a safety culture across all operations. Requirements: 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or a related field. 2\. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. 3\. Proficiency in occupational safety and health laws and regulations. 4\. Ability to conduct workplace risk assessments. 5\. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 6\. In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety practices and guidelines. 7\. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others. 8\. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. **WE OFFER:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Sundays off) * Statutory benefits \+ enhanced benefits (30-day year-end bonus) * **Monthly gross salary of $20,000.00** **WORK LOCATION (2 locations available, non-rotational; one position per project):** * **PROVIDENZA:** Entre Ríos 3137, Providencia, 44639 Guadalajara, Jalisco. * **NUVIA:** De los Pitallos 801\-787 Las Huertas, 45589 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco.
