Description and details of responsibilities Engineer responsible for ensuring quality standard compliance in production through defect criteria management, statistical process control (SPC), internal audits, and corrective action follow-up, aligned with IATF 16949 requirements. Additionally, coordinates the introduction and development of new projects, ensuring customer requirements and applicable standards are met for the automotive, aerospace, industrial, and commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities * Manage and track product acceptance and rejection criteria. * Monitor quality and production performance indicators. * Implement and maintain SPC tools and process capability analysis. * Conduct internal process, product, and system audits per IATF 16949. * Coordinate corrective actions and root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). * Participate in APQP, PPAP, and new project launch activities. * Coordinate activities among production, engineering, quality, and customers. * Ensure compliance with specific customer requirements. * Support customer and external audits. * Develop and update quality documentation and procedures. Experience and Requirements Required Knowledge * IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. * Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA. * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Internal audit management. * Problem-solving and continuous improvement tools. * Intermediate-to-advanced English.
