Description and details of responsibilities We are seeking an electromechanical site resident to support supervision, coordination, and field execution of projects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring electromechanical installations, supervising operational personnel, and ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with the project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Key responsibilities: * Supervision of electromechanical work on site. * Coordination of technical staff and contractors. * Monitoring of electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and piping installations. * Review of drawings and field surveys. * Progress tracking and daily reporting. * Material requisition and inventory control. * Supervision of testing, commissioning, and startup activities. * Ensuring compliance with industrial safety regulations. * Resolving technical issues on site. Requirements: * Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Experience in industrial/commercial construction projects. * Knowledge of electrical and electromechanical installations. * Ability to read engineering drawings and basic AutoCAD proficiency. * Leadership skills and capability to work effectively on site. * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel to project sites. * Prior experience in manufacturing (maquila), HVAC, piping, or industrial maintenance is desirable.
