Production Planner (Printing / Graphic Arts)

We are seeking an organized, analytical individual with experience in production planning within the graphic arts industry, who can ensure adherence to schedules in terms of **timeliness, quality, and efficiency**. **Important:** This vacancy is intended for individuals who have previously worked in printing companies, graphic arts, or paper finishing industries. **Your responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor **production plans**, based on sales orders * Coordinate the availability of **materials, machinery, and personnel** * Establish production priorities according to delivery dates * Monitor KPIs and reports to ensure goal achievement * Identify deviations and propose timely solutions * Keep the production schedule updated in response to changes or contingencies * Coordinate with departments such as procurement to ensure supply of inputs * Ensure compliance with **quality, safety, and operational standards** **We are looking for someone who:** * Is organized, analytical, and results-oriented * Has a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure * Is proactive in problem-solving * Possesses communication and cross-departmental coordination skills **Requirements:** * Minimum of **2–3 years’ experience in production planning** * **Mandatory experience in printing companies, graphic arts, or paper finishing** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering (Industrial), or related field * Knowledge of: Production systems, production orders, and performance indicators (KPIs) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate-to-advanced Excel) **Are you interested?** If you have experience in printing or paper finishing and are seeking stability, professional development, and new challenges, **apply through this channel.
