Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage the full procurement cycle, negotiate with suppliers, and possess knowledge of construction materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the full procurement cycle 2. Negotiates, evaluates, and manages suppliers and subcontractors 3. Analytical individual with strong negotiation skills Bachelor’s degree completed in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. ✔ Minimum two years of experience in the **procurement area.** ✔ Manage the **full procurement cycle.** ✔ **Negotiate, evaluate, and manage** the supplier and subcontractor base. ✔ Knowledge of **construction materials.** ✔ Proficiency in **Excel and Microsoft Office suite.** ✔ Individual who can **quickly understand concepts and absorb information, with analytical ability, sound judgment, and negotiation skills.** Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Sick leave days * Employee referral program * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
