Internal communication to ensure material flow **RH PLANNING is seeking a Purchasing Analyst in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Work Location:** Azcapotzalco, CDMX (near Walmart Cuitláhuac) **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Administration, or related field (degree holder or intern). * Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or material tracking. * ERP system proficiency * Advanced Excel **(MANDATORY):** pivot tables**,** filters**,** data cross-referencing, formulas**.** **Responsibilities** * Analysis of purchasing, sales, and consumption data using Excel (pivot tables). * Tracking and control of purchase orders with suppliers. * Validation of delivery dates, quantities, and agreed prices. * Updating material status and backorder reports. * Support in basic supplier negotiations (dates, deliveries). * Recording and tracking information in ERP. * Internal communication with commercial departments and warehouse. **Benefits:** * $14,000 to $15,000 gross monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract with the company **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus one Saturday per month **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor's degree \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Administrative / Secretarial **Industry:** Industrial Automation *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e647155300003000e72998\&source\=indeed*
